Objectives

In the Veritas Storage Foundation 5.1 for Oracle 10g and 11g RAC Administration course, you learn how to implement and maintain a Veritas Storage Foundation for Oracle RAC (SFRAC) cluster environment. You are introduced to the general features SFRAC, including a detailed description of the components and core architecture of SFRAC. You also perform hands-on labs for practicing how to install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot SFRAC.

PreRequisites

You must be familiar with the installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX operating systems and networks. You must also be familiar with Oracle fundamentals, as well as Volume Manager, File System, and Cluster Server configurations.
