Objectives
This five-day, instructor-led, hands-on class covers how to design and deploy the Symantec Policy Manager and Protection and Enforcement Agents. You also learn how to implement added protection by installing the Gateway, DHCP, and LAN 802.1x Enforcers for wireless environments.
PreRequisites
You should have a working knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection, and network security policy definition, in addition to a strong working knowledge of IP communication protocols, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows 2000/2003 Server, and remote access solutions including but not limited to VPN technologies and WLAN networking.
