Participants should have a basic understanding and working knowledge of:

• Microsoft® Windows.

• Notification Server, specifically Inventory Solution® and Application Metering Solution.

• (Optional, but recommended) VMware®.

• Attend Service & Asset Management Suite online training.

This course is for:

• IT professionals and Altiris administrators who will be responsible for installing, setting up, configuring, and creating reports for Service and Asset Management Suite Level 2.

• Participants working towards their Altiris Certified Engineer or Enterprise Altiris Certified Engineer certification.
